This
sturdy little dog is not a small version of the Doberman Pinscher
as one may think. He is actually thought to have descended
from the German Pinscher, possibly cross mixed with a Dachshund
and an Italian Greyhound. He is a good ratter and barking
watchdog. He also does well as a house dog. He is proud, vigorous
and alert.
