The city of Seattle is the largest in the Pacific Northwest. Known as the so called "Rainy City", Seattle is home to some of the top landmarks as well as major coffee companies, including Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee. Traveling with your pet throughout the city is made simple as well behaved pets are allowed on trains, buses and even ferries.

During wine hour, your pet is treated to grape shaped dog biscuits made by Chez Puppy. Services including pet-sitting and grooming can be handled by the hotel and there is even a resident pet photographer on hand to capture your vacation with your pet.
The Alexis Hotel, also located downtown offers your pet upon check-in a designer doggie bed, a water bowl with distilled water along with complimentary pet treats. Pioneer Square is Seattle's oldest neighborhood. It is preserved as a National Historic District. In this district, you can stroll through the area and see the historic buildings, or better yet, take an elegant horse and carriage ride from Emerald Country Carriages, which allows well-behaved dogs to ride with their owners.
There are many pet friendly restaurants and stores located within the heart of the city. Norm's Eatery and Ale House is a pet fan favorite, and the Madison Park Cafe allows pets at their outdoor tables and brings bowls of water and treats while you dine.

They offer a full service menu for both patrons including doggie cocktails, appetizers, entrees and even a dessert tray. A trip to Seattle would not be complete until you have visited the Space Needle, located inside the Seattle Center, home of the 1962 World Fair. While your pet is not allowed inside the buildings, a great photo opportunity awaits. Also inside the center, pets are allowed to walk with their owners through the Sculpture Garden.
