"Featured Pooch Profile" Contest Official Rules

1.ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE.
Open to any U.S. resident of 18 years of age or older, except team members of DoggieFun.com, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, advertising or promotional sponsors and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2.TO ENTER:
Complete a nomination form at http://www.doggiefun.com/contests/profile.html. You must enter one application per dog per month. All fields within the nomination form must be completed in order to be eligible for the contest. You must submit at least 1 photo per dog at the time of nomination. All photos become the property of DoggieFun.com. DoggieFun.com reserves the right to eliminate without notice any photos, which are unsuitable for posting on http://www.doggiefun.com.

3.WINNERS:
The Featured Pooch Profile will be chosen by the DoggieFun.com team. Each month's contest ends at 12:00am EST on the 25th of each month. Winners will be notified via email. Each entry is allowed one win. All decisions of DoggieFun.com are FINAL.

4.PRIZE:
$25 Gift certificate from the DoggieFun.com Boutique and Barkery (minimum order $35)
Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. No prize transfer or substitution except by DoggieFun.com, which reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash.

5.GENERAL:
By participating, entrants agree to: (i) these rules and the decisions of DoggieFun.com, which shall be final in all respects, and (ii) the posting of their entries on DoggieFun.com. Winners grant DoggieFun.com the right to use their name, likeness, portrait, picture, photo and/or prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes or photo databases without compensation or permission (unless prohibited by law). Winners agree to release DoggieFun.com from any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize DoggieFun.com is not responsible for late lost or misdirected entries or mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion or by any human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
