Critic's Name: Meagan
Breed: Bernese Mtn Dog/Aust Shep/Border Collie
Comments: Meagan loved these treats, and she did seem less anxious when we encountered other people. It was difficult to compare her behaviour before the treats and while taking the treats, though. I am interested in continuing her on them, though, as I think they did have a significant positive effect.

Critic's Name: Willy
Breed: Jack Russell/Border Collie mix
Comments: Willy is very picky and will stick his nose in the air when I try and give him healthy treats. He sniffed these treats and wasn't really sure at first but after he started eating it, he loved it and came back asking for more! Now he and my other dogs all wait in line for these treats! I like to give them a treat in the morning when I leave for work to help curb anxiety during the day and then later in the evening when I'm ready for them to wind down and get ready for bed. So far it seems to be helping a little!

Comments: Although these treats did mellow out Katie quite a bit, they made her very gassy. I would continue to use them if it weren't for the stinkiness.

Critic's Name: Willie
Breed: Jack Russell Terrier
Comments: Willy loved the treats, however they made him VERY gassy. He nearly stunk us out of the bedroom. We gave him the treats before bed and they did seem to mellow him out a bit. I would defintely recommend them to friends in the hopes that the gas was just Willy.

Critic's Name: Jonah
Breed: Great Dane
Comments: Since we go to dogshows I decided that this product would be a good thing to use so that it would keep my dog from being overly excited during travel and on show grounds. I did notice that he was a bit more relaxed, but not drugged. Which was exactly what I expected. This is a good product and I would recommend it for people with shy, or nervous dogs.

Critic's Name: Oliver
Breed: Jack Russell Terrier
Comments: I attempted a taste test with Oliver between these treats initially, but he preferred Milkbones over Mellow Dog. He would eat them when no choice was given. It did reduce his barking a little, but I don't know by how much.

Critic's Name: Molly
Breed: Bullmastiff
Comments: I thought this would be a great product for Molly- she does tend to get pretty hyper and doesn't like to be home alone. I really liked the idea, and if I had seen these in the pet store, I would have bought them/ She wasn't very excited at the smell/taste of the biscuits, we tossed them to her and she sniffed at them, looked at us like- anything else, and then ate them. This is not like her, usually she eats everything in sight without any hesitation. After about 3-4 days we noticed that she seemed very reluctant to do her business, shall we say. She didn't urinate or defecate for an entire day. That night she had defecated in the house, which she has only done on 2 other occasions, both when ill. I cannot say for sure that these treats made her ill, but adding that incident to the fact that she didn't like them and we saw no behavior change, I am sorry to say that we won't be giving them to her anymore.
