Doggie Name: Bailey Breed: Border Collie Age: 14 Years Crossed The Bridge: March 18, 2002 My Tribute: Bailey was a wonderful dog. He was with me almost my whole life. He was always more of a big brother to me then a dog, Bailey would watch out for me at all times, going everywhere with me. I will always remember when Bailey was close to death when he was only a year old. It was the middle of December and I had been playing by our pool. I slipped into the pool and went straight through the ice. Bailey jumped right in after me and pulled me to the ladder and helped me out. But Bailey couldn't get out on his own. I was only 4 years old and of course I couldn't help him out. I hurried into the house to get help. By the time we got him out of the pool he was unconcious, thank fully Bailey survived. I will never forget Bailey, I will always feel his protective eyes watching me.
